NYSCVOA is the New York State Certified Volleyball Officials’ Association for all certified high school volleyball officials in New York State.

• This site will help you find information about our organizational structure, how to become an official and game etiquette for fans and spectators.
   
• NYSCVOA has 20 Boards/Chapters covering the 11 sections of the NYSPHSAA and the PSAL.  Each board operates independently with their own Constitutions, By-Laws, operating codes and officers.
   
• If you are a member of the State Board or a volleyball official in any of the regional organizations, you may click on the Members link to view membership information. This section is secure and requires a login and password only accessible to members.
   
• The membership of NYSCVOA appreciates your interest in the sport of volleyball and hopes you find this site a valuable resource.
